- There are no refunds or exchanges. If the product you receive is Expired or not consumable visit our Order Support Portal located in the Customer information section.
- All products are inspected for any damages before being packaged. If you order arrives damaged or broken or missing product please take pictures of your order inside and outside and any broken items and contact us at Sales@ramirezliquor.net
- If an order is returned to Ramirez Liquor due to an incorrect address, unavailability to accept the package or a customer initiated cancellation, a 10% restocking fee and a $5 return processing fee will be applied.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Local Delivery
- Failure to present a valid 21+ ID will result in the driver being unable to complete the delivery.
- In the event the customer initiates cancellation of an order or order is returned to the store due to customer unavailability, a restocking fee of up to 10% will be applied. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect delivery address will incur a 10% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be refunded once the courier successfully returns the order to the store. Please note: the delivery address cannot be modified once the order is accepted. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Returned orders cannot be redelivered. If you still require the product, a new order must be placed.
In-Store Pick Up
- In the event the customer initiates cancellation of order or is not picked up within a week after selected pick up date, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied.
- Any order changed from pick up to delivery will cost a flat rate of $15 (delivery fee + processing fee).
