Shipping Policies

Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policies:

1. Shipping is currently limited to California only. We do not ship to locations with alcohol-selling licenses or P.O. Boxes.

2. All orders undergo screening by our Fraud Protection system. If an order fails this screening, it will be voided or canceled. Ensure that your online profile/account includes a valid credit/debit card with an accurate billing address.

3. Order processing takes 24 - 72 hours and occurs only on business days (Monday-Friday). Once your order is processed, you will receive an email/SMS notification with your shipment tracking number.

4. It is essential to provide the correct delivery address. If an order is returned to Ramirez Liquor due to an incorrect address, unavailability to accept the package or a customer initiated cancellation, a 10% restocking fee and a $5 return processing fee will be applied.

5. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. All orders require a person aged 21 or over to sign for the package upon delivery.

By understanding and adhering to these shipping policies, you can ensure a smooth and satisfactory ordering experience.

- There are no refunds or exchanges. If the product you receive is Expired or not consumable please email us at sales@ramirezliquor.net with images of the product to include expiration date if applicable.

- We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason without notification.

- By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years old, and that the person to whom products will be delivered is also at least 21 years old. The person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that they are at least 21 years old and sign for the shipment.

- We do not ship out Orders containing Beer cases (36pk, 30pk, 24pk,18pk) or a high amount of 6pk, 12pks (2 ore more) on the order. If you wish to place an order for local delivery please call us at (323)266-2337.
